Hybridizing Journal

I know I know. I needed to post some pics of some fish I am selling and I am too lazy to go and find my sell thread so I put them on here. I will put up some pics of the jagimacs and ofthe new wigglers.

Who is this? And how is this sad. Most of your posts deal with hybrids. If hybridizing fish is "sad" than what are doing asking for pics of a hybrid red texas or commenting on how cool a certain flowerhorn looks.

I would have bred him to either of the two females trimacs, but he killed both of them. I also put him with a female parrot that he almost killed. My jag is the only female than can deal with him. I plan on hybridizing alot of my fish. I currently have texas/parrot pair, midas/texas pair, I also have severums and another midas growing out and I intend to cross those also. I don't plan on mass selling the hybrids, for a few generations yet. I am experimenting to see what I get and I also plan on hybridzing the hybrids.

lol... Trust me I am not against hybrid fish my friend... I just assumed that when you bought a male and 2 female Trimac you would breed Trimac... I understand he killed the females but that Trimac has beautiful markings and great color. I wish you would use it for breeding Trimacs. It seems rare to even come across TRUE Trimac these days...

I agree, it is hard to find them and he is very beautiful. My original intentions were to breed the trimacs together. If I ever come across a nice female trimac preferably one bigger than him, I would like to breed true trimacs.
 
im gonna try to hybridize a female rd and a male texas i get next week from rapps.
