nice man how long did it take to grow that big? did u get it when it was small?
 
I have never owned a atf but with most predators in general, a nice school of really active dithers that are bigger than can be eaten do wonders. I would reccomend some tin foil barbs. They get big and are cheap. And they can take a beating pretty well. Also they are super active. -------good luck and hope it works out

Thanks, I might have to try that. So he's not in the Big tank all the time alone.

That would depend on the size of your tank?
My 22" (approx) VATF constantly fights with a 22" Red asian arow. It is usually just a bit of a chase on the VATF's part and by the time the red notices that he has been chased it is all over.

My GATF (approx 18") is in with a 24" redline snakehead and there is no fights as of yet. But I have found that they don't like fish of similar shapes.

I hope that helps and if you could give your tank size it may reveal if you may have problems in the future.

Currently his GATF is housed in a 180 with the aro and a 18"+ tig. Hope that helps and he should see this later tonight and confirm what I just said.

Correct, And thank's for the help. I guess bigger the tank, Less the aggression? Makes sence.
