I agree, it does look very much like a scomb, but only in the same way as a tat looks like an armatus. The pictures posted aren't the best, but compare how it looks in the video to this wallacei, which is as far as I know the only example of a still living (or very freshly dead) one on the internet:

To my old scomb:
The head and body structure of the OP's fish is clearly quite different than a scomb, never mind the colors.
