Hydrolycus cf. scomberoides 'ACRE' (wallacei)

I really, REALLY hate bumping dead threads, but I have to do it anyway.

I'm going to have to disagree with this being a scomb. I'd have to call this wallacei.
 
I'd love to see it next to a "typical" Scomb.....

Looks like a Scomb to me.
 
I agree, it does look very much like a scomb, but only in the same way as a tat looks like an armatus. The pictures posted aren't the best, but compare how it looks in the video to this wallacei, which is as far as I know the only example of a still living (or very freshly dead) one on the internet:

The head and body structure of the OP's fish is clearly quite different than a scomb, never mind the colors. :)
