How to get a armatus eat pellets ???

Never feed it live. As long as there is other fish in the tank it will catch on to eating pellets. It wont starve itsself to death. Just dont break before it does.

The other fishes are about 6-8 inches and the Armatus is 5 inches big.
I dont want trouble in my tank.
I read florida gars and armatus is a no go and you cant comm a armatus with anything.
Probably i wont take the risk.

My armatus and fl gar were fine together, actually my armatus would take pot shots at the larger gar every once in awhile when the gar would get to the food first.

Maybe i give it a shot.
When he grows 2-3 feet i have to think about
what to do with him.
Hope he gets fine together with my other predators.
