I was told by a wholesaler in NJ these are restricted from export out of brazil. we wont be able to get all the good stuf from brazil until the ban is lifted. who knows how long it will be. these plecos are also found in argentina but its immpossible to get them to the USA since they dont trust american transshippers. they dont trust them since they've been screwed so many times. wholesaler said there are 3 different grades for these fish; all very expensive. juveniles look like gold nugget plecos.

I've only seen them once and they were all at the same shop. The prices that Kevaldo stated are for the ones in the pictures I posted, from the same shop.
