PM Sticky Rice on this site, he has a male and a female that he is thinking about selling. The only one I know of right now.

ray777 was selling pairs, not sure if he has anymore. He is in the Chicago area too.

Besides him the only other place that I know that has them readliy available is aquascapeonline.com I believe they are larger ones too, so they maybe more expensive.

Maybe some other members can chime in.
