HYSTRIX STINGRAY ACTING STRANGE

My new hystrix i got from aquascapeonline keeps staying at the top of the tank. Is this normal? I know they like heat, is it because of the heat of the lights. Ive done water changes, it has air bubblers, and a circulation fan, so i know its getting good oxygen. The water test near perfect as well. Any info would be great

If you are showing any ammonia or nitrites on your test you need to do a 50% WC now. Lights off. Give night crawlers chopped very small.

exact parameter amounts would be helpful. we've had many people on here say their water params were good and then when they finally give specific amounts, we see there's ammonia and/or nitrite readings.
any info you can give of a more specific nature will help us give you any recommendations
