Ok I tried the order for worms. Very complicated site I guess you just email them so thats what I did. Hope they make it here tomorrow poor guy has to be super hungry!

Yes, email and send the credit card info. It seems crazy to start out, but works nicely. They do handle everything very well. A follow up phone call later on when they are open might not hurt to settle your mind. Expect your worms next day and read up on how to care for them. I found I do not like the worm keepers, I just put about a 1/2" of worms in a small square container and cover with 1/2 of water. I rinse them out every day by filling the container and gently tipping to one corner pouring out the bad water/dead worms. Go too fast and you'll dump live worms. A little practice and it works well. I never felt that the screen in the worm keepers let the dead stuff out.

Got an email said my order is in will go out tonight should be here tomorrow around noon. I'm ready for then to get here.. she needs some weight put on. I hear its a girl an you can tell by the back of her. Don't know how to tell but that's what I was told lol

Good news!!! My Ray ate one of my red wigglers today. I didn't mess with her or turn the lights on nothing.. I have blackworms on the way.. I looked in the tank and a left over worm is in there.. I was getting ready to go to bed and the ray swam over to it and started eating it! It was a fight though lol.. the thing was trying to swim off even after it was being swallowed.. it started swimming out of her gill hole! lol

congrats on getting her to eat a little bit. hopefully those black worms get there quick.

says 1/13/12 by noon they will get here!

I would encourage your ray to eat more of the red wrigglers, especially where she started to eat it already. Sounds like the pieces may still be too big. I have found it difficult to get rays off of blackworms.

I gave her another this am. I cut into three pieces. The one that was in was aa left over that had dug itself into the sand. I have been cutting them since you guys said too. I planned on mixing my red wiggler with my.black worms that way they have the smell an taste an maybe we can switch her over. The red wigglers are much easier for me to get. This would be a plus for me if she will switch. I guess she wasn't going to starve herself LOL red wiggler or nothing ha I'm just glass she is

Glad she is eating!!
