My prego female hystrix killed my male Hystrix on Saturday!!! She chewed his clasper into ground meat, and he died shortly afterward, i noticed her picking on him and did not think much about it. As soon as i noticed the damage i threw in a divider, so he would have time to heal and he was dead the next morning. He was fine on Friday and dead on Sat. morning. I am shocked, but never seen a clasper that chewed up either.
Well, today is 73 days prego..... Still have not seen movement... Does this sound normal? i still cant say 100% either one is pregnant. Normally it is dead on 50 days for my motoro to confirm with movement.
I thought i seen movement on my motoro at about 2 months but never seen movement again and then another month later the pups were born. She only had 2 pups so maybe this is why it was so hard to see movement. Sorry to hear about the male.
yea that is what i am thinking is possible. maybe just 1 pup or so.

has anybody seen a ray breed but not get pregnant? it seems like i remember seeing a video of a flower and leo breeding but not get prego
