Agree, looks like a female H cyanoguttatus to me (at this point, but it is young and changes may develop).
The reason I say this is the black area in the dorsal, and the lack of spots on the "forehead" often denote female, and are common in cyanoguttatus.
In carpiintus the spots are over the entire face region (most of the time) .
Yours is a juvie so things may change.

Thank you I got him from petco and they said he was a jack dempsey and he was 3.99 and I knew that was a steal thank you so much
