I was just on craigslist looking for a large aquarium. Found a 125 with everything (filter, light, gravel, decor, fish) included solid wooden cabinet stand for $699. Is this a good deal or am I getting raked over the coals??

One of the small aquairums (30 gal) I was looking at use to keep snakes/lizards(Looking for an extra tank) Is there any treatment that I need to do to the inside if I were to get this?

Unless the filters are multiple high grade canisters and the fish were something rare I could profit off of I probably wouldn't pay over 450-500 for a 125 setup

Thanks, the fish are large cichlids but nothing in the rare variety. Thanks for the advice!!:grinno:

I dunno man, I think you coulda got a better deal if u haggled with him. I woulda demanded free tank AND delivery.

Another good way to "work" toward a free tank is to buy tanks you know you can get more for and flip them in your spare time.

people always buy tanks.
