Just wanted to share good news 
The bf and I rescued a dog from the shelter today!! I have been looking for a small/med dog and we saw her on petfinder so we went and took a look.... and she came home with us!!
She is an American Eskimo/Akita mix. She is 2 years old and full grown at 30 pounds!! Her first owner turned her in and her second owner let her loose after two weeks and she was caught and brought back to the shelter and the owner told the shelter to keep her... so she has been there for 4 days and we adopted her out today and we Adore her!! We named her Akina as she had no name.
The only picture I currently have is the one from the shelter.
