I almost died.

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
I'll end my posting in this thread by saying that reading this has made me feel a little better about 2012.

BUT, if 2012 comes around and I die, I will be pissed.

No worries.
If we all die, you can have my fish.

I think just knowing other people feel the same fear, makes it better somehow.

What if you're not in the impact zone and surrounding affected areas? What if it hits on the opposite side of the world and you have to live the rest of your life in a cold, mostly dead planet, struggling to survive?
lol so optomistic

Call me a skeptic, but even though some ancient culture ended their calendar a certain year and some "prophet" made a bunch of super vague quatrains that can be distorted into "truth"... I think we'll still be alive in 2013

This is what the rational, logical part of my mind is telling me.

I still have a strange fear though. It might be a disease. :screwy:

I know I said I would stop posting in this thread.... But I lied lol

You guys are right. It is comforting that some people do live with the same fear (if you guys are serious). I don't think about things like this very often, but when I do I get seriously depressed for a day or so. I have watched every documentary known to man about the 2012 theories. I hope that it is wrong, but if it does happen I guess that we will all go at once.

I just get super paranoid about these things. Case in point, I will not fly on a plane unless my entire family (mom, dad, sister) are with me. It scares the **** out of me to die on a plane (I am not TOO afraid of dieing, it is just that I am afraid of my family having to cope with it). If my family isn't going with me, I drive or take a train. I don't know what I will do if I end up being a person that has to travel frequently for business trips. I am only 17 BTW.

I actually laughed when watching some documentary about 2012 and Nostradamus and stuff. I just don't believe in any of that junk...
Hahaha, I've seen this one Nostradamus documentary twice because I find it so funny. At one point, they talk about this prediction about that includes the word "Hister" which they say is an old name for the Danube River, but they say they are going to ignore that and, since it kind of sounds like "Hitler" they'll say that Nostradamus predicted the Holocaust.

Really as long as the world waits until after July 9th (when I get back from my trip to the Galapagos/Amazon), I'll die pretty satisfied:ROFL:

I really did almost die in a car accident a couple months ago, but we ended up ok, so I'm over it.
