Vince you crazy kid lol, you do know you can get a permit where you live for them right? thats what my lfs owner does he has a permit and has black,asn arows in a tank along with some big fish

For that Aro, I would pay $4k?

with the permits, you would be allowed to keep them if it is for educational purposes, and some other stuff...i cant remember the site
