totally understandable ^^ i made freinds with all the fish and game out here. im not a rat but alot of people keep short sized fish and more then their limit allows because nobody cares.

as for hooks it doesnt hurt that bad..i have had fish shake their heads and put treble hooks in my fingers. the inicial insert doesnt really hurt and then it goes numb. getting the hook out is the fun part, but i am guessing since the membrane of a fishes mouth are thinner it hurts alot less or not at all.

oh my god terble hooks ive had a bad experience with them,... once when i was trout fishing i caught one and then i brought him to shore and we were taking the hook out of the jaw then the hook and a chunck of the fishes mouth came out and it just started bleeding all over the place it was disturbing.

from that day on when i go trout fishing i use single barbed hooks lower catch rate but im not going through that agian. it was just disturbin..
