hi all ... i am George live in Egypt i adore fish so much i have been 5 years or more raising fish and i am about to start my new farm activities ( not selling but start having breeding pairs and so ) but first af all e have a big problem in Egypt .. here ppl don't give fish raising hobby a care or any thing u know ... so ofcourse so many ppl do not know alot about fish as there is no way to let them know ... and the airport health office for animals is so restricted if i ordered fish from outside they will keep the fish boxs there in the airport so long time untill all the fish die .. sure u will ask and why is that .. u tell me who will be the winner ??! the big importars as they will only the ppl can import so as they play in prices as they want and that is so awefull i hate that 
but what can i do may be someday i ll know one from the airport health office and speak to him ... so what i am saying that if a family of fish that have many kinds inside may be only one kind or 2 that is here in Egypt i was talking to an importer yesterday i wanted to order the orange color pleco .. so he told me we can't order it cus it will not take the whole trip after the came her they all die so the rest will be very high in price as we want to make up for our loss so u can't order them so i went soooooo sad and many things that is cool we don't have it like arawana - piranha ( forbideen in Egypt ) - most of the cat fish family except for the pleco ( the normal one ) and cory catfish only the albino and another one too comman - flagfish - giant gourami - snakeheads - gars - payara - datnoid - rays - so many many kinds all those i known from here i have been a member here sooo long but wasn't active just watching wish sadness but i said i ll join and have the fun and the knowlage but anyway i found a new way to get all the fishes i want there is a very big importer here he is very known localy so many small importers told me then u have to order it through antwan ... many times and so i decided to start my farm as i ll have a comman work with all those importers and sellers and shope and so i ll order any kind i want through him and i am happy now and i wanted to let u know me and let me in the cooles group of fish lovers ever ... and i am so glad that i am a member of the MFK and my great montster is a cool pacu fish may be 30 cm long or more and 2 same size pangasius sharks
