Nice!!! How did you get into that was it just soemthing youve always wanted to do? Ive always wanted to get one but none have ever met my needs and the ones that do i could never afford.

I've always been athletic, and this is something I wanted to do. So I worked at a gym for just under a year, and then finished my schooling :)

Its hard to pick a personal trainer, :)

here is a question for you as a personal trainer. Are you familiar with crossfit?If so what do you think of crossfit? If you disagree with crossfit what would be more beneficial for improving cardio strength and endurance

I am not familiar with Cross fit but just finished reading up some literature on it. Very interesting approach, do not know how great it is at conditioning your body, but does not seem like anything but beneficial :)

What are you looking into for fitness? Have any goals?

I can vouch for the conditioning because for the little time ive been going so far my conditioning is getting better and better by the day. The way i can tell is when i go to practice im not as tired as i used to be. For right now my main goal is just to get back into shape once im where i want to be (and by in shape and i do not mean a round shape lol) then im going to start competing again.
