I bought this Pleco for 100 USD. is it worth 100 bucks?

I bought this Pleco for 100 USD. Unlike other plecos that I have, it is very shy and always hides behind bushes.

What is the name of this zebra pleco? and is it really worth 100 bucks?

Hard to tell but looks like a peckolita. Has a nice pattern from the looks.

Many plecos spend most of their time hiding. I couldn’t give you much help on species.

Bit hard to tell from the pictures. My guess would be L-129 but I am far from an expert and I'm sure someone with greater expertise than I will chime in.

Hiding is what the pleco genera does best. Nice looking one too.

If u give it places to hide it will hide. Looks like an l333 yellow
