We have some real, real nice ones in Australia, Like full blue. Some people call them Marrons, I call them blue claw. He's some pictures, There always fully blue, Real pretty.

Pretty Marron.
Actually Australia is a host to many different and beautiful types of Parastacidae crayfish.(Southern Hemisphereical)
We import, raise, breed and sell Walkamin G Strain Australian Redclaw(Cherax Quads) and they can be the most beautiful blue also.
Our "Opals" are the most beautiful blue on white with hints of pink running down the tail......

Don't think so, I think they are mistaken for small lobsters. i've always thought lobsters were salt water?
