The only reason that I didn't fill it all the way was that I had to have it running to keep it running, and when it is on when you're trying to fill it it sprays water out the top and everywhere... I may try swapping parts, but I'd like to keep the one that is working going, so that I don't have two broken ones.
I can't get my HOT magnum to work. Impeller problems I think. Please Help.

Fill it up with water first and then get it running. It has to be filled to work properly. If it doesn't work when filled all the way up, it's probably the impeller. A new impeller is like $10 from a place like Big Al's.
