i.d.? anybody know what this is?

The eyes are huge,set very high on the head,even higher and more prominent than in Hystrix.This fish is obviously juvenile,a couple of questions,how many rows of spines can you see running down the tail?what country was it exported from?any evidence of denticles starting to appear on the body?.What im trying to say is it looks very similar to a Consellata i had a few years ago,thing is when i got her she was very well developed so i didnt see her in her juvenile state......interesting fish!
By the way im refering to the second picture not the first,the light coloured one.

i will try to go by my friends house today to get a better look at it.

BTW, first and second picts are the same fish :)
