A comp should have a terminal tail band and it shows no bars that I see. The snout also doesn`t appear concave enough for me to think compressus.

he has a term band an hes only about 3 1/2 inch hes in a 55gal byhimself but once lived in a 29gal an now hes growing very slow the only reason i still have him is cause i got him for my daughter...but look at his tail note how the ends of each side curl each way ive never seen a piranha like that i will try to post some better pics soon
