  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
That`s not a venny. It`s not even a lugubris species. They both look like sveni. Definitely a saxtillis species though IMHO. HTH.......Keith.

Congrats man!! Saxatilis pikes are quickly moving up on the ranks lately. Finally starting to get noticed and moving out of the shadows of their larger, colorful relatives. Great looking sveni...;). Gonna quickly grab your attention and make you love it. Glad you decided to take the plunge!! :D They are great! Absolutely love pikes! :D

Thanks man. So, 8-10 inches, 7.0 p.h. soft current (they come from slower waters I have read)? Anything else? Plants? Mates?

I have a couple nandopsis tetracanthus growing in a 60, the large one beats on the smaller one. Can he go in there with them? He is a lil longer than both of 'em....

Thanks for the conformation on the I.D. Pikes are as close as it gets to a, s.h. they look like savages when full grown and I plan on many more in the future.

This is the only one they had, they got it on accident, so I swooped it!

Green highlighted is...   Thanks man!
