Most Laps stop at grow to about 16" in captivity, but some will grow to 24" if you are lucky.

Yeah went back to the LFS a little while ago for some fish food and looked at them again. The bigger one is probably close to 10 inches and really fat... Thinking about putting him in my tank. I'm just worried about my RTC trying to eat him... There is noway he could currently but in the near future I know he is bound to try

Definitely a lapradei, I wish I could go to a petland, but they're a little far away. People always find these cool bichirs there :/
