Yes they are,she took my prawns claws OFF!!! The body to claw ratio is rediculous on this invert!

I say leucistic crayfish. The claws would make a good meal if they where on a normal colored crayfish (the leucistics are rare/cool)

Apricot Cherax(common name) or Cherax houltuisi(scientific name) are actually orange to coral in appearance so that would not be it.

Can you get a closer pic of the full body and of the face that shows the ridges on the head above the eyes? What would be the nose area. A picture of that area and of the tail splayed out will tell if it is a Cherax of any type.

That is a white crayfish! I dont know the Latin name though.
