hey thanks, another question then what is that types full name and where can i find info on it?

Nevermind i think i have found it Potamotrygon reticulatus correct?

does this one look skinny? it seems to sit in one spot constantly as well, are they supposed to be more active?

YES IT DOES SEEM VERY SKINNY....., ASK TO SEE IT EAT BEFORE YOU PURCHASE IT...... ALTHOUGH I HAVE BOUGHT RAYS THAT WERE THIS SKINNY AND RAISED THEM TO GOOD HEALTH....

GOOD LUCK........

Thanks for the help

Might double check to see if that substrate is ray-safe.. looks a lil sharp.

If the ray swims up the glass and has a red belly, probably a sign that it's not ray-safe..

thats actually the substrate from the shop, i was planning on using pool filter sand. i have read that it works well, any opinions?
