That's a Jaguar Cichlid, Nandopsis managuense. And before long, he will be doing a lot worse than "bothering" He will be eating all the small fish soon. Nice guy!
 
You thinking female jag santoury? It looks like it could be a lot of things. I can't tell indefinitely from that pic... Could you try and take a better one?
 
A better pic would be good to confirm.
 
I'm having a hard time as seeing any parachromis...

But its so skinny... Every jag that I've had (even the juvies and females) had very thick, stout profiles. Plus there are no markings or patterns on any of the fins, which jags are known for.
 
Babies do not have marked fins at that size. They are pretty clear, or have a little tint to them.

Jags are very slender when compared to other cichlids, and are pretty slender as youngsters. Judging from the photo and prior experience, that guy is only about an inch in length.
