The guy I got it from said it was sold to him as a "possible" RT/FH.....What do you guys think? He is in horrible shape. He was getting owned by a bigger jag. He is really brown without the flash. My lights are not doing it right on that tank, they fail ........

Looks likea type ot severum to me. But I'm not sure. I don't know that much about cichlids.

It does look like a Festae x FH. You can see the faint Festae bars on the flanks. Powerfeed it for a couple of weeks and it'll turn out very nice!

Its a flowerhorn an old type i guess and it lost much of its coloration due to aggression

FHs get those bars when they are stressed also. Probably from getting owned by the bigger jag. Keep us updated as he gets better though, man...
