soak it for 48 hours in milk,then soak it for 12 hours in italian dressing and grill untill it looks not raw and omg its so freakin awsome!

Up here some sea dogs use buttermilk on Bluefish, Stripers, and Atlantic Mackerel to remove the oil. Considering it's a Drum, must be great eating, i guess compared to Redfish, Atlantic Croaker, Pacific Queenfish, Seatrout, White Seabass, or Meagre
 
thanks for the info next time i go down to the lake and catch some i will keep them and try them
 
does it have a muddy flavor because alot of bottom feeders have that muddy flavor witch isnt pleasent.
