Definitely not a 'common', by this I assume you all mean a Pterygoplichthys species. Its an Acanthicus, either A. adonis or A. hystrix.

I'm going with hystrix because I dont see any signs of white on the fish...

I thought Adonis too because of the spikes and that they lose their white spots over time but it looks exactly like the pictures of the hystrix. Could use more pics when possible.
