i did a mistake

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
I have no idea what this thread is about and the thread you linked to is a little long for me. Current/water flow is the movement of water. A waterfall will increase the water movement.

If you are using a 200 gallon per hour filter your water flow will be less then of you use a 500 gallon per hour filter.

If you have a 200 gallon per hour filter and you want to increase the water flow or current you can add a airstone or powerhead.

If you are swimming in a river it will be harder to swim in a high current area then low current area. This is because the high current area has more force.

Hope this helped.

Water flow - put your hand there where water comes out of filter back to tank - if you feel pressure on hand that is water flow produced by pump in filter..the more pressure you feel, the bigger is water flow :)

...........
"water current": a river has very much "current"/movement/flow. all three words mean the same thing when describing water.
a swimming pool has very little 'current'/movement of it's water. even when well-filtered.
