none of the fish you currently keep can hold their own with a full grown, adult male FH.

Absolutely agree. Once a FH reaches maturity they usually explode with aggression! Just keep an eye on him.

Flowerhorns are not the type of fish to gradually show aggression. You'll wake up one day and the flowerhorns murderous tendencies will have shown themself during the night. 135 gallons is not big enough.
