just wondering why people think that you cant get quality fish from anywere other than rapps or umbeeman whatever his name is. it doesn't take a master genius to get a hold of a nice looking fish, breed it ,then sell the rest out. I ask "does anyone have any true green terrors for sale" and everyone says "I know a guy in timbucktoo ,oh and jeff rapps too hes prob your only shot" so what your telling me is if im looking for a terror I cant get it anywere else I think theres a lot of you know what riders on here and it looks stupid from an outside view. im sure jeff is one of a few importers of it im not saying hes not he obviously is but he has probly sold thousands of them and its not like other people don't breed em ive seen plenty on here. hes just a dude who likes to breed and sell fish that has a rep for being reliable and he happens to makes a living out of it hes not the messiah of fish. if I don't want to spend all that money on shipping for a 2 inch fish why does that make me ridiculous? when people throw out a "big name" they feel cool an if you don't become a member of the jeff rapps supporters you have to be subject to ridicule. smh cmon now. and another thing. stop trashing the next mans advice because you think yours is better when both pieces of advice are in the same ballpark. atleast 70 percent of members on here run amazing tanks with great success yet we all think we know more than the next. everyone wants to stand over everyone else with ther advice when really no ones any better than anyone. the hobby is supposed to be fun. I post threads all the time and I always get like 75 posts and I lose track of everything because everyone is bashing on everyone getting into arguments and offending people over advice.
haha its easy when you don't give a hoot about other materialistic crap, like getting new shoes or clothes once in a while. I get a new pair of shoes once a year haha and usually clothes are the same.
