this thread is old hehe! but anyway

3 days ago i just found him dead. no idea why.

everything was perfect water is crystal clear. right parameters. aeration was also not a problem. i got air pump and water pump in there. its sucks! i dont know what i did wrong im hesitant to try it one more time cause im afraid to do the same mistake(that i still havent identified)
 
seeing all the sturgeon on here is making me want one.

they are skitish, i havent seen mine stop swimming and they to this upside down swimming so cool. and i read that when they grow they stick their nose out of the pond and lets you touch them.

3' is dwarf for a sturgeon, considering they can grow well over 12'

Actually they are so rare and live in a politically unstable area no one is trying to breed them. Their habitat is practically gone as well. Actually I've heard some rumors of some being bred but no real facts so far. With a bit of luck I'll be in the loop for info if and when they are bred but I'm not holding my breath. If you think that one was cool take a gander at this one!
