Did you move the Lungfish. If it's an African Lung, it will do that (or worse) to every fish in the tank eventually...

It was a african but a has been fine but seemed to target this fish over the others. The fish was brought back to my friends store with a full refund. I've had the lung for around 4 weeks or so
