You did the right thing. They have no business keeping any animal if they have that attitude. Why even bother if you don't care?

I hope something comes of it to teach them a lesson. It seems as if nothing else will.
 
I dont care if it's family or not you miss treat an animal that you brought in your home to love you are in DEEP S*** with me and the police. I don't care your going to jail thats it. Also another thing is you punch a dog in the ribs because your mad and break it what the f*** is wrong with you. I feel really bad for you man that you have to have family members like that. I flip on my sister all the time for skipping a day on cleaning her ferrets cage. You get an animal to love and cherish it's presence not to beat it and not take care of it. Thats the whole responsiblity. People who do this piss me off.:irked: :irked: Its a good thing you did this I proud of you and I commend for it. Thanks for looking out.
 
Some people are totally retarded when it comes down to keeping pets...trust me I know cause I work at a LPS and Ive seen some crazy things. As long as you tried your best to change the situation BEFORE (sounds like you did) you got the authorities involved you did the right thing.
