The spots are normal for a juvenile and will disappear soon.

I am surprised it is so difficult to get a SAL in Brazil. In BsAs there is loads; 5 bucks a piece.
 
Good luck with the Southa american lung fish! I recently was given 2 very small black babies ( criminally small, should not have been in the tradae ) and, stupid me, put them in a small tank with a small aquaclear hang on filter and the guys were sucked into the filter...unforgivable!
