Isn't this why some people who buy pirhana buy pirhana?
yea, and the same people who when they come into the store go "i dare you to stick your hand in with them" i do and then they are terribly disappointed to watch all the P's swim and hide behind plants

The GT doesn't have any more "value" than a large goldfish, in my perspective.

Feeding those fish a similarly sized goldfish...or any other fish...would be equally cruel....and un-necessarily cruel.

this thread will be closed do to people starting to get angry. Look guys, we have gone over this 1000 times before. Some of u find it cruel. But Y does the gt have any more value than a goldfish? To me and many others on here, a feeder is a feeder. I tend to feed smaller stuff but if it was a small gt i still would feed it to my fish. Any fish can be a feeder to the right fish. Just breaks down to what u want to feed urs and how much u want to spend. I feed my gars exculsivly on live. Is that cruel??
Now he shouldnt use a fish this large to feed because it is a little bit of torture.

ok guys let me clear it out that this video was not posted to argue on whether live food should be fed to the fishes or not. and i would also say that giving goldfish or any other animal as feeders is cruel to me.there is no difference between a gt or a mouse or a goldfish but what makes the difference is that they all breathe and have the right to live.i never even thought there would be 34 posts on this one seriously. i have seen people feed aros and crazy things to the pirhanas but i will say it again i dint start this thread to argue on whether fishes should be fed live or not.
and by having these discussions and posting such clips can help some new fish keepers who join this forum to refrain from doing the same and nothing else. all of us here are well educated on this forum on what to feed and what not to but it might help the newbies

i'm a little confused by your tactics here, what was your purpose if it wasn't for people to discuss the use of feeder fish as cruel or not?
i'm really not sure how this or any other feeding vid would stop new keepers who intend to do the same.

This thread is the same depressing topic like other feeding threads. Agree to disagree, state your facts and opinions and this goes on and on until reaching to personal comments which is another thing and I feel this going in the same route. Closed as this is not a win-win situation.
