They are cool but all she is doing is taking pieces of the fancy plants and some other random one's and combining them. Add a little resin on a rock for a base. Anyone can do this from home

The plants you have to take apart in order to do that are pretty expensive, and not all of us are blessed with the natural artistic talent that you apparently have.
