Whether or not we agree if climate change is materially effected by human actions, we can agree that reducing emissions and cutting down other forms of pollution increases our quality of life.

The problem is how they are going about lowering the emissions. Taxation does not work

Did you hear about the taxi fare tax ? I read somewhere that ots to encourage people to share fares or something a family member was also telling me that there now a toll.or something to get into Manhattan is that true ?

They have no idea other than its ahead of schedule. There's no denying we've contributed but to what extent who knows. I do know Germany has thrown everything plus the kitchen sink at it without hardly making a dent....The cost to their citizens is staggering.

I can't go any further for obvious reasons.
