sure wish I had a cam to take pics
little 2.5" guy. bought him for 15 bucks yesterday. I've seen this species in a certain lfs for a couple weeks now, always managed to fight off the urge to purchase up to this point.
He's alot darker than most specimens I've seen; has a rather muddy-brown color, though the spots are still distinguishable. Is the color due to stress, or is it his individual coloration?
He's in my 200g cichlid tank; doing fine, none of the other guys are giving him any trouble at all (even though he's one of the smallest fish in the tank). He seems to alternate between staying under caves, and chilling in the plants at the right-top of the tank (see My Gallery to the left of this text).
