Their ribs are pretty good for being a large chain, I like the memphis dry rub and the Mrs. prefers the shiner bock sauce. With that gift card I would go all out and order a nice entree and either an app or dessert. Use the card to knock the final bill down some and then pay the rest yourself. And remember that whenever you use a gift card at a restaurant, always tip on the total bill not just on what you owe.

I'm a big Chili's fan, its one of my favorite mega-chain restaurants. I'd recommend the quesadilla explosion salad, with a soda you'll prolly be just over 10 bucks... when you get the bill, just give them the gift card along with whatever other form of payment for the rest and tip based on the original bill (before the gift card). Bam, leave happy.
