anyway, you might not even need a motor-powered filter for the 5.5g. the crabs' waste output may be sufficient to allow decor/gravel to hold the nitrifying bacteria. if you have a test kit, use it over the next few weeks, do water changes if the ammonia shows up.

Well crap. I wake up today and both of them are dead.

Yeah, everything is fine with the water. I put them in one of my already running tanks. Before setting it up I put them in a 30 gallon with bunch of fish like Neon Tetras... they were hanging around the tank the whole day and they climbed out to get some air on plants a few times too... but today just dead.

That sucks.

They wont die at work.

They always gets out though, and we find them crawling around over at the registers.

Sneaky little bastards.
