Nice tank, happy birthday, post pics when its time, and i would recomend tons of filtering. Lets you have more fish! Ps howd you get your dad to let you get that i really wanna upgrade but my dad kinda hates that i keep fish

I have demenstrated that I am a good fish keeper. I do weekly WCs. you could probibly get your parents let you have a 75. 75s are pretty big. Thanks, It is my early birthday.

Thanks ya i do all of that, right now im just hoping for a tank on christmas because thats when we finish our construction on house. My parents already know i want one and i worked all summer to earn money for it, my mom likes my tank, but when my dad comes he dont care

Just say you want a 4ft tank and get a 48x24x24. They are so short but so wide. The widness is good for big fish. So even though it is short you can have big guys.
 
Congrats the 120w dims are killer. personally ide run 2 emp 400s with that stock list or an emp and a canister of some type. i run 2 emps on my 75 and had a much bigger bio load then your going to have on the 120. until you add more fish to the tank you can just use whatever your useing atm for your O, and add a powerhead or bubbler to help keep your water circulated well. my 120 is drilled so i'm running a diy sump, imo the way to go. but sounds like this tank isnt drilled.
It is not drilled. I got a canister rated for up to 175 gallons.

I have the same size tank run 1 FX5 and 2 fluval 305s with 2 pacu and a pleco!
