I had a seam split, need advice to fix or buy new

It really depends. Are the sides around the bottom or on top of it? If they are on the sides the bottom clamp will hold it in place. If they are on top of the bottom piece the weight of the glass will hold it, so long as once you place the glass you dont move it.

Braces can be added after everything else is in place and cured a bit.

Yeah the panels all sit on the bottom. Guess I'll start taking apart the bracing first. Will it be ok to wait a few days to add the bracing or should I do it same day

The bracing can be added a couple days later once everything else has set pretty solid and wont be moved around. It doesn't need to form that bond with the rest of the silicone holding the corners.

I got the front panel off, before I go any further I wanted some input about the bracing. I was wondering if I should just leave the bottom bracing thats on the bottom panel. It looks like it would make a nice guide. If I do remove it does it need to be installed the same time as the tank cause if not it would be on top of the silicone.

So I would remove the bottom brace as well and reinstall it at the same time as everything else, though it should be among the last pieces you install after everything else is in place.
