Airlines are rather absent minded in cargo sometimes.. walked out last time without even paying.. then had to go back and pay..

The airlines that screwed up were shipping a/p to a/p not from seller straight to buyers home via ups, usps, fedex, etc.
shipping a/p to a/p you can get the fish in a couple hours compared to next day.
