I Hate Child Leashes

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
They sell leashes for children, not just a harness thing so they don't run away? It's great reading a male point of view on parenting although "not a clue" comes to mind. lol

I've always been tempted to step on one of those leashes when they're taut.

wow...she really just dragged that child around like nothing was happening! hmm thats so sad. maybe she wanted them to take the child away from her, thats why she did it?

Actually let me re phrase my last post , i mean harness . not what this women is doing .i myself used a harness for my son when he was learning to walk . when we went out it was used to help him learn to balance himself while preventing him from actually falling .

But i would never drag him around or ignore him while on one .

I can't really tell what was going on: Was the kid just laying there chillin, or was he like knocked out, or just protesting or something?

If he's chillin' or refusing to get up, obviously the kid needs the **** beaten out of him. The underlying problem is that they don't beat that kid enough.

Unless of course she's got him knocked out.

I really think child leashes are for lazy asses.

Unable to control your child = inadequate parenting
Using a leash on your uncontrollable child = inadequate parenting
Dragging your uncontrollable child across the ground with the leash because it's easier than teaching him/her why their actions are wrong = bad parenting.:irked:

Very true , plus there are children with hyper activity and such and the leash is helpful.

not for full time use though. I think they should be used when in crowded places a child could get lost in.
