Not to embarrass or to make the OP feel the slightest bit uncomfortable, I still feel that this needs to be said. Loves Severums is a young autistic girl that loves MFK and asks tons of questions here. She may not always use the best grammar but honestly many others here don't either. This subject has come up before with her. That's why I am saying something. I think her question was clear enough to read and understand. The subject may be up for ridicule but the person posting is not. I apologize to you, L. Severum if I have embarrassed you. I just don't want you to feel uncomfortable on a site that you clearly love. You and your many questions and comments are always welcome. By the way, tell your friend to look on MFK. There are enough people here to prove the differences between a Ram and an Oscar.

There's no telling what your friend has in his tank if he doesn't know the difference between Rams and Oscars. Don't try to convince him anymore. Let him learn from his mistakes. One day he may mistake a Jag for a minnow and put it in his tank thinking that they will be great tankmates. Then he will learn to listen to you.

ok so this kid in my class say to me "that fish is a oscar and he is being mean to all the other fish" And i say no this is a oscar i show him a pic of one on my phone and the one in the tank is a ram. And he still say no it isn't. :mad:
And i know this is a ram. i just hate when someone say your doing something wrong when i have been doing this long then he has.
