Transferred to my 500 gal just acouple months ago-
This is what you can look forward to their guy-
my beast sittin in at the 24 inch mark...

he was just at the 21.5 to 22 inch mark....

I was trying to do everything possible to find him a bigger hom sooner-But it just wasn't happening in my area-----Until a crab shop went out of business and I found this 500 for sale-But I had to take it in the arse to get this tank for him-

Surprised nobody mentioned this. A purchase from a store is not really a rescue.
I think if you want a pacu, it's best to simply get one of the many ones around needing re-homing then support them in the pet-shop trade.

If you buy them the store restocks them cause theyre good sellers
