i hate not being able to get pics of this stuff that comes out at night last night i used a flash light to look in my tank i saw this white tube worm thing kinda small. when i turned the light on it went right back in to the live rock any ideas?

could be a number of things, spegetti worm is a possible candidate, though they usualy show up with more then one tendril, but id have to see it to be even remotely sure. Here is a good link that has images of many of the most common rock hitchhiker worms likely the one you have will be there.
